Douglas R. Parker is Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at JBS Dev, where he works directly with client leadership teams to find new opportunities and keep every engagement aligned with their business goals.
Douglas has spent more than two decades at JBS Dev, turning client goals into well-run technology programs. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Delivery, where he set the delivery standards used across JBS Dev engagements. Before that, he spent nearly a decade as a Technical Project Manager leading Agile development teams, leading dozens of projects while also acting as an interim CIO for one client. He began his career at JBS Dev as a developer and architected key parts of GuitarCenter.com, including its mobile site and Customer Rewards platform.
Douglas holds PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and PMI-ACP certifications. He studied Art and Computer Graphics at Rutgers University–Camden.
